"I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too..."
I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much, but most of the replies came later than I would’ve liked. The updates also weren’t super clear, so I found myself rereading them and still not feeling totally sure what was going on.

"Refund took way too long"
I ordered from Vintage Muscle and ended up needing a refund, which turned into more of a hassle than I expected. Waiting around and having to follow up more than once got old fast. Annoying.
They did eventually get back to me and sort it out, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, the whole process felt slower than it needed to be and could’ve been handled better. Meh

"Fitment info was a little off"
I asked if this part would fit my '72 Chevelle and was told it would, but it literally needed some extra messing around to get it on. Shipping was fine and everything showed up okay, I just wish the compatibility info had been clearer up front.

I had an issue with my order and it ended up taking longer than I expected to get sorted. I had to follow up a couple of times, like sending another message, checking for updates, and basically giving it a bit of a nudge before things moved along. To be fair, they did fix the problem in the end, so I do appreciate that. It wasn’t like they ignored me completely or refused to help or anything like that. I just wish the replies had been quicker and a bit clearer, like with proper updates, timelines, or even just a simple “we’re looking into it.” Overall, it wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either.

"My order from Vintage Muscle arrived..."
My order from Vintage Muscle arrived in one piece, so that was good, good enough really. I was mostly worried it might show up damaged, but thankfully that didn’t happen.
The packaging was decent and the part matched the pictures well. Shipping was a little slower than I thought it would be though, and the updates were slow, slow enough that I kept checking more than I wanted to.
Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. I might order from them again if I really needed something and couldn’t find it somewhere else.

"Return process was such a pain"
I tried to return my order why was it so difficult?? It took days just to get a response, and when they finally did reply, the instructions were confusing. It really felt like they weren’t trying to help at all. I’m still waiting on my refund too, which is frustrating. Definitely not ordering from Vintage Muscle again.

"Shipping felt suspiciously slow"
The shipping took way too long. I’m not saying my package got routed through some secret warehouse dimension, but it definitely felt like it disappeared for a while with no good explanation. By the time it finally showed up, I was already over it. Probably won’t be ordering again.

"Checkout didnt feel safe"
I was about to order from vintage-muscle.com, but once I got to the payment page I just didnt feel great about it. There wasnt much clear info about security or who actually handles the card details. Maybe its totally fine, but I didnt feel comfortable putting my card in, so I just left the site. Payment info should be a lot more obvious

I felt like this was way overpriced for what showed up. The parts didn’t seem like the kind of quality I’d expect at that price, and then the shipping cost on top just made it harder to justify. I kept thinking maybe there was something I was missing, but... yeah, I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Pretty easy site to use"
I found the site easy to get around, and the pages loaded just fine for me. The search could be a little better, but overall I didn’t really have any issues. Checkout was simple enough too. Just a solid experience overall, 4 stars from me.

I ordered specific parts, but what showed up wasn’t what I needed. Mistakes happen, but this really slowed me down, and I’d expect the company to take responsibility and fix it quickly. I just want the correct parts sent out without having to jump through a bunch of hoops

"Packaging was disappointing"
I ordered a part from vintage-muscle.com, and the part itself was okay, but the packaging was disappointing. The box looked way too thin for what was inside and showed up half crushed, which didn’t inspire a lot of confidence.
There was barely any padding in there, so the item had clearly been sliding around during shipping. Nothing was fully broken, thankfully, but I’m not sure how to explain it — for the price, I just expected it to be packed with a little more care.

"Checkout was kind of a pain"
I tried placing an order on Vintage Muscle and the checkout was annoying, it kept freezing right when I was entering my address and I had to refresh the page twice which meant putting my card info in again and I was just hoping it wouldn’t double charge me or lose everything. It did finally go through, so hopefully the order is all good, but the whole checkout process definitely needs some work.

"Took forever to get a simple update"
I waited almost two weeks for a reply about a replacement part for my order. I emailed first, then called twice, and both times I just got vague answers like someone would “check on it.” I even had the order number and part number written down right in front of me, but it still didn’t seem to help. It’s really frustrating when all you need is a basic update, not a whole long explanation. I probably wouldn’t order again unless their support gets a lot better

I was a little nervous at first because I’ve been burned before trying to track down old muscle car parts online, but this place actually came through. They had a solid selection, and I found the bits I needed way faster than I expected.
